Raffle Terms & Conditions: Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
Ticket sales will commence on 17th February 2020 and conclude on 2nd October 2020 at 17:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time.
The draw for the winners will take place on 29th October 2020 17:30, at Level 1, 365-375 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia. The draw will also be streamed live, and made available at www.apheda.org.au.
Persons engaged in the management, sales or supervision of the Raffle and their immediate family are not permitted to enter.
The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If the winners are under the age of 18 years the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
All winners will be notified by phone or email within 2 days of the winners being drawn, and results published on www.apheda.org.au.
Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If any prizes remain unclaimed Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA will deal with such prizes by redrawing a new winner 28 days after.

Prize Terms & Conditions: Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, but are transferable.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier/website and are correct at time of printing.
All prize values are in Australian dollars.
1st Prize: Travel Voucher is redeemable with any ATAS accredited travel agent. Not redeemable for travellers cheques. Voucher expires 24 months from the date of the draw. Travel voucher is partially redeemable and it is up to the prize winner to use the full value of the prize within the validity period.
2nd Prize and Book Sellers’ Prize: All reasonable efforts will be made to match winner’s choice of frame size, style and colour.
3rd Prize: Book Voucher is partially redeemable
