Project Description
Strengthening Grassroots Trade Union leaders in the enterprise sector to protect the rights and entitlements of union members and workers. This project is a continuation of the previous project of union organising the private sector. This project’s rationale is to use the union organising knowledge and skills acquired thorough workshops and then to practice these in identified workplaces with an additional focus on targeted workplaces in the special economic zone (SEZ) in Vientiane.
