Vale Tom McDonald. He and his partner Audrey played a significant role in establishing Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA in the 1980s.

Michael Wright is the assistant national secretary of the Electrical Trades Union (ETU) and an APHEDA Board member.

Mark Lennon is a Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA board member and has been involved in the organisation for more than 17 years.

Robyn Fortescue is the assistant State Secretary of the AMWU. She has been a member of Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA for more than 30 years, travelling overseas twice as part of APHEDA-led delegations to New Caledonia and Myanmar.

Dale Beasley is the Secretary of SA Unions. Before becoming a union delegate, organiser, and director, he started his working life as a chef. Dale has been an active member of Union Aid Abroad - APHEDA for 11 years, and was elected to his current role in August 2021.
